I help to
create order
in your mind and soul.

I like to think of us humans as operating in the world according to order and system. Everyone has a specific internal order, and those who ask for help are experiencing its disruption. This order is unique, it has deep roots, and it was shaped by the path of life, and became the way as it is for a reason. Therefore, no identical answers, solutions or general prescriptions exist. As of my experience, in the process of gaining self-knowledge, our own history and relationship to the world may become well seen and understood, thus creating an opportunity to lovingly accept ourselves, restore the overturned order, or create a new one. And I believe that this internal order and peace are also reflected in the outside world.

In my methods, I use the order as a helper. Psychodrama works within the context of our roles, creates internal and external order, helps us meet ourselves, and thus provides a framework for both individual and group processes. Tale therapy on the other hand uses the inherent order of fairy tales, which is overturned and then restored through tests and tasks that must be fulfilled for a more complete functioning.

In addition to the support work, I am conducting doctoral studies, researching patterns of coping with difficulties.
